Internship Offering
1. In this program, you will learn basic foundations of element medicinals herbal energetics as inspired by principles of Ayurvedic herbal healing.
2. You will learn about specific elemental constitutions and body types, how to determine the inner elements “within” body types and how to prepare herbal blends that are appropriate for each body type.
3. You will learn how to make ERG production batches for our Element Medical’s Healing Product Line
4. The products you will learn to make through our element Medicinal’s Level 1 training: * Water Kefir Fizzy Brew Herbal Probiotics * Aromatic Hydro-Mists “Auric Sprays” *Body oils * Herbal Infusion Blends * Herbal Vape Blends * Tincture & Salves
5. You will learn how to run an herbal production and product marketing operation
6. You will be welcomed to assist any live workshops and or educational events for your learning benefits. Facilitated by Angie Rainbow G, Permaculture Yogi / Eco Rainbow Goddesses and you will have the ability to cultivate greater knowledge around earth skills, sustainability, herbalism, yoga, earth-based plant medicine, magickal & indigenous, planting and medicine making by the moon, healing traditions, holistic health and regenerative lifestyles.
7. You will get experience on what it takes to develop online and live events and programs for our education platform.

Internship Requirements
Apprenticeship requires 5 hours 3 times per week. Work exchange hours are scheduled to fulfill suitably assigned position tasks. With in this schedule, 3 weekly hours are destined to complete weekly syllabus schedule for the 12-week apprentice program.
Hours can be fulfilled flexibly. Educational hours are to be fulfilled on Friday’s Girlfriends Gathering Moon Lodge Apprentice Class.
After the 12 weeks there will be the option to renew apprenticeship to up the level of the learning experience and to deepen your role development in the organization. You can also become an ERG consultant after your training and benefit from sales commissions and or become eligible for employment.
Membership structure is currently being developed & that will be another route for interaction.

Disclaimer
An internship is a mutual benefit agreement between the Intern and the Internship provider. Where there is an educational program in exchange of completion of the role with in the position as explained above. This is not a paid job, though there will be goals to fulfill in exchange for the structured educational program that will be imparted in exchange.
If there are any delays or inability to complete goals and task it is expected for they’re to be an established system of communication to avoid conflict, there will be conflict resolution and non-violent communication system to avoid misunderstandings and to increase the flow of communication. Accountability and responsibility must be present in order to complete the 3 months training the first 3 weeks of training are a testing period for both parties to make sure it is a fit.

· The third interview will be in person. In this interview, the final decision will be taken if you skills, personality, and ability’s fit the position’s role needed and if the program we offer fulfills your educational needs.
Eligibility: You will only be eligible if you fulfill the 3 Interviews on time. Be yourself and be authentic at all times. Accountability and responsibility is important please know if one interview is missed (without calling 24hrs in advanced do to an emergency or an unexpected event) it will be taken as if this is no longer important to you and therefore apprenticeship opportunity will be lost.
